bulima during pregnancy

I have been bulimic for 5 years, and have recently found out that I am pregnant.(10 weeks) I feel right now that I have it 'under control' and kept to a minimum of purging only a few times a week. Other than this I feel my baby is getting proper nutrients. So being that a lot women have morning sickness and vomit, and this does not harm there babies, do I still need to bring this up at my next ob-gyn appt? I would really rather not, but I'm unsure if I'm putting my baby at risk for defects. Thank you
