is this nightsweats??hotflashes?

I am healthy 29 yr I was sick 3 weeks ago w/ bronchitis and sinusitis
and tool avelox..during that time up until now I have woke up a few
times w/ a damp feeling on my neck and collar of pajamas..my pillow is
not wet and I never sweat profusely just this damp feeling..is this
considered nightsweats? could this be early menopause?
