I am sorry for your fears, but for the sack of your health and that of your baby, you really do need to see a doc and have the appropriate exams. It is not considered appropriate to sedate mentally competent adults for routine exams, particularly when they are pregnant, but perhaps you can check around with your friends or co-workers or family to find a compassionate doctor or midwife with whom you might develop a degree of trust.
