I freak out when I go to the doctor. Now I am pregnant, and I am scared to death to go to the doctor. Any suggestions on finding a physician that would be willing to give some kind of sedative for examination, or is it even absolutely necessary to have many pelvic exams during pregnancy? What if I'm broke out? I also have genital herpes. My boyfriend does not have it. I never passed it to him. Help!
