My periods for the last 2 years have been relatively shorter and lighter than they used to be, lasting about 2 (light) days and spotting for days after, i got worried and went to see a doctor and she said that it was because i was not ovulating, but i usually have ovulatory pain every month and for the last 5 months i've been talking my temperature every morning and within those months i've definately seen a rise in temperature on the second half of my cycle, which i think confirms ovulation. So i'm wondering is a period that light abnormal, especially when for years it wasnt that light..(used to be every month on day 28 for 3-4 days) And is a 30-33 day cycle too irregular?? from my charts i assumed i ovulate between day 15-18, thus my cycle varies lengthwise everymonth.
