Reply: William F. von Almen, II, MD, FACOG: "Re: is it possible that i am?" hi i have a little bit of a problem my midwives did not see, me she said that i need to make a new appointment with a gyn. i am experiencing the pains in both places. my lower stomach and vagina more down there, my period was 35 days late and now that means that i have missed a months period. i have not taken a pregnancy test and i do have some symptoms i will make an appoint again to take a pregnancy test and to try to find the cause of these pains that I am experiencing. My last normal period was Nov 25 at a cycle of 27 days, and my stomach is getting big. Do you have and idea of what the pains can be?
