I wouldn't be very concerned for now, especially if everything else is normal. It would be of concern if she doesn't have any menstrual bleeding by the age of 16. In the meantime, an exam to see if her hymenal membrane has any opening for the oulet of blood. Ultrasound scan, hormone profile is also recommended.
