Marchbein, M.D.: "Guidelines for posting to the YOUNG-WOMEN forum" I am 17 and have been taking Orthotricyclen for a year and a couple weeks ago I missed two light blue pills, so I followed the inserts directions and took two pills when I remembered, and two the following day. I got my period the following day but continued to take my pills as normal, my period seemed a couple days longer but eventually stopped for about a day. I had sex about a week later and the condom broke so I went to a clinic and took the Plan B pills as directed and within 24hrs of the unprotected sex. But I have been lightly bleeding almost everyday since my actual period ended. The blood is very dark and almost brownish. I also had unprotected sex about four days after I took the emergency contaception. Why am I bleeding abnormally and how great is the possiblility of pregnancy?
