August 10th - December 23rd I went without any period or bleeding what so ever. I started a period then on Dec 24th, and it is still going now. On top of this for the last few months I have had severe stomach pains and cramps. I have never had a problem with them and have never really had PMS. The pains come anytime they please almost everyday, and often more then once a day. They do not start out light, just a full blow of pain. It feels as if something is tearing apart my insides- and thats to put it lightly. It comes with a wave of nausea usually also. I have no clue whats going on and its driving me crazy- what could be the cause of all of this? I do have a doctor appointment on Feb. 3rd, but I'd like to know some possiblities before then so I can bring them up and have additional tests ran if needed. This will be my first vist to the obgyn so I've never had any tests.
