I have on several occassions tried ibuprofen and contraceptives, but neither of them have helped. I don't think I am passing out because of the pain, yet I don't know why it would happen otherwise. I was told long ago by a doctor that it could be endometriosis, but that was when just the pain was really bad and I wasn't passing out. So...
