As far as I know, your daughters should follow the guidelines of going in for their first pap by the time they reach the age of 18 or become sexually active, whichever occurs first. There is a lot more about this in the archives here and on the women's health forum.

As for your daughters periods....it is not uncommon when you first get your period for it to be irregular for the first 2-3 years. As for your 15 year old, I would talk with her pediatrician and see what s/he has to say. I know a couple of women that didn't start until they were 16. Still, run it by her Dr. and go from there.
