Next in thread: William McIntosh, MD: "Re: fallopian tube inflamed or dilated" Reply: William McIntosh, MD: "Re: fallopian tube inflamed or dilated" my gyn sent me for a pelvic ultrasound for a persistent discharge and irritation..she said both of my tubes had fluid in them and something was going on in there.. and asked me if it hurt when I had intercourse..she said my ovaries and everything else were fine..she wants me to come back in 3 months for another ultrasound..she did not say anything else..could this be some kind of cancer?
