Cyst and CA-125

I'm a 30 year old with PCOS. I am single but very much want to have children when I marry. For atleast nine months I've had a 'complicated mass' in my left ovary. It steadily grew and is now 7.5 cm. No calcifications were seen on an abdominal x-ray. In November, my CA125 level at 38. Last week it rose to 44. My original doctor wanted to do a vertical incision, remove the cyst (and most likely my ovary). She said I only had a 5% change of keeping my ovary. I went for a second opinion. The second doctor noted a smaller cyst on my right ovary as well. He wants to wait a couple of cycles to see if the new cyst goes away. He doesn't express the same urgency to have the large mass removed. I have a few questions..

1. Am I ok to wait 3-4 more weeks to go back for another ultrasound, then schedule surgery which could take another 2-3 weeks?

2. How can I find out which doctor in my area (Augusta, Ga) has the best surgical skills and would have the best chance of saving my ovary?

3. Is the increase in my CA125 level significant?

Thank you
