Switching to Yasmin

I noticed having been on Ortho tri-cyclen for the past six months, that it could be attributing to my pms symptoms. I seemed to be irrationally emotional at times, so I made an appointment with my gyno to discuss other options. I explained my problem, she said we could try and switch to another brand, or I could stay on orth tri-cyclen and go on some kind of pms related drugs. I chose to switch. She put me on Yasmin, she said it's considered one of the best for PMS symptoms. I met with a different doctor today and was disappointed cause she seemed to be rushing me out and I felt like I never got to ask any questions or really discuss things with her. So...the question I never got to ask was, now that I'm switching to a new brand, should I expect different symptoms that I didn't have on ortho tri-cyclen? I pretty much had an easy time with ortho, other than the moodyness. I had one instance of break through bleeding, but after that I was good. Just the moodyness. Could I expect new symptoms with this pill? Any break through bleeding? Nausea? Or will my body not have to adjust as much since I'm already used to hormones?(granted, I know that Yasmin uses a different kind of hormone) I really appreciate your time and feedback. Thanks.
