white liquid coming out of me with an a little blood in the middle

I am very concerned, my last period was 35 days ago. I just got my
period yesterday and it was very light. when I woke up this morning I
had a lot of clear white liquid that wad kinda thick. It had a little
blood in the middle of it. now all that is coming out is clear thick
white liquid. What can that be?
Ps: i have quick sharp pains in my lower abdomen
