Lauren, take a pregnancy test first. You may be worrying for no reason. If it is positive, wait a couple of days, then decide what you want to do. Make sure you aren't jumping into something you may regret later. Not trying to pass judgement or dictate how you should live your life - just the voice of experience and deep regret.
