Went to doctor he said keep a chart and to take my tempature daily every morning before I got out of bed. To do this for 3 months then to return to him. I did this and found out I ovulated on day 16 of my cycle. He said this is something girls should do...to track of there cycles to get to know there bodies to know your body well so that way you can tell if "something isnt the normal" I know my body very well now and I am so grateful to the doctor and my mother for understanding me. Now I can keep track of my health and can someday catch if something is wrong with me before its too late. I want to know if I can have children when I am older or to catch cancer of ovaries whatever come my way.
