I am 19 years old and for some time I have pimples around my nibbles(in the dark part)I do pop them and like any other pimple on the body stuff comes out.I tried to leave them alone but they seem to come back and it's really embarassing. Can you please tell me what they are and how can I get rid of them? Thank you in advance.
