taking pill at irregular times

Hi! I would like to know if taking the triphasic pills at different times each day (up to 18 hour difference between pills) can cause pms symptoms in the middle of the cycle before pms time. Due to being very busy, I have taken my pills rather erratically as far as time of day and am feeling very tired, a little nauseaus (actually threw up), and my breasts are very achy and tender. I thought it might be pregnancy since my last period was very light with no cramps but two First Response Early tests then and now came out negative. Could this symptoms be from erratic pill usage? I appreciate your help!
