I think it's no-win either way, so what should I do? I was super nervous for my gyn exam too, my heart was racing and kept skipping beats. But my doctor was really nice, and she was careful because I am always in so much pain. It wasn't really so bad. Awkward, yes, but not intolerable. I also found out that I have endometrosis, so it is a good thing to know so it can be treated. Good luck!! Ashli
