Sorry for the caps, just had to vent some steam. I did the sugar test thing with that horrible orange drink. My sugar was abnormally low. He said I have rebound hypoglacemia. What does that mean? He also fussed at my mom for taking me to an ob-gyn at my age. He isn't my regular doc. He said I don't need a gynecologist until I start having sex or turn 18, whichever comes first. According to him, I need a pediatrician to take care of gyn care until I really need a gyn. I'm going to a gynecologist for gynecologist for some gynecology problems. Is it true I need a pediatrician to treat Chronic Pelvic Pain, and an Imperforate Hymen. He also fussed because I'm taking birth control "You don't need birth control unless you're having sex to keep you from having a baby!" Is he right on any of this? Is it true I need a pediatrician until I turn 18 instead of a gynecologist. I thought 16 (which is what I'll be in 12 days) was the age you stop seeing a pediatrician. Please help me on this! What does it mean to be rebound hypoglacemic?
