Next in thread: samir fouad Aziz MD: "Re: bloody discharge" Reply: samir fouad Aziz MD: "Re: bloody discharge" i'm 18, not on any type of medication and have a fairly regular period cycle but about a week and a half ago i noticed some spotting of blood in my discharge which then turn to a light brownish tint. a few days later, the discharge was completely dark brown, like the excess bloody discharge i usually get near the end of a period ... but this has lasted a week already and it's been a few weeks since my last period and supposed to be a few more weeks until my next one. should i see a doctor about this and what could be causing it?
