I had the same problem for years when I ran long distances. Sometimes I
would also get a sudden attack of diarreah so I assumed the running was
jostling the GI system and it mimiced painful menstrual cramps. That
was over 20 years ago and I'm still healthy as a horse so I doubt this
is a condition or syndrome yet to be discovered.
