CA125 blood test

Hi. I've been reading a lot lately about the CA125 blood test being used in patients with endometriosis, to check the status of the disease, and I'm wondering if someone would be able to tell me how accurate it is in picking up endometriosis when a diagnosis has not been made through a laparoscopy. I know that a laparoscopy is the most accurate way to diagnosis endometriosis, however surgery is not an option for me at the moment due to other circumstances. Any help on this matter would be much appreciated. Thank you,
