My post was about Europe where it does not happen. Patients have no protection because there are no codified rules to respect. Some doctors offer to women a folding screen to disrobe others do not. Some sexologists do pelvic exams others do not. Suppose you complain to the doc who has exposed your young and attractive wife totally nude (in the U.S. it would be impossible). He would answer you in a condescending way that he finds your reproach incoherent (this did happen to me). If you ask the opinion of another doc he would write you a vague blabing that the total nudity is necessary for good diagnostics etc. Look at the breast health forum some time ago about an "allergologic" breast exam (use search engine). This story is also typical.
