I too have heard the horror stories, but haven't had a bad experience myself. I have been taking the shots, one every month and haven't had any pain at all, and no periods which was a big plus to me. I did have hot flashed though but this was nothing compared to the pain i went through before my shots. You should go to other sites about endo and do more research on lupron...
