Hi,

something you can do on your own: Get a mirror, and explore your nether regions. (Maybe do it around ovulation time, when you are naturally wetter, or use some lubricant like Astroglide.) See which bits hurt (if any), and which don't. This is your body, and you ought to know it, even (especially!) the parts that are giving you trouble. Wash your hands, and there is nothing wrong with exploring the insides too. You can't hurt yourself. Do you masturbate? Nothing wrong with that, you know :-), and it'll help you become more relaxed about something touching you down there. Also, after an orgasm, you will be less likely to clam up.

Just a thought. Anna
