There is very little chance that the bleeding you are having is from an unresolved uterine birth injury 5 years ago. You need a diagnostic hysteroscopy and/or an endometrial biopsy. I cannot imagine why anyone with normal paps would have 4 of them in one year, nor should normal paps result in a colpo, so I find that very confusing.
