'Pimples' & itch - anxious for an answer

I am 21 years old. I have never given birth but have miscarried, and had a scrape. I have never had a pap smear.(I read the advice on how to post.Dunno if this info is important)

I hope there is someone who can help me. At this moment I am not even properly covered to go to a doctor never mind a gynacologist or dermatologist.

Firstly I am worried about the itching. Everytime around the time of my period, i get an itch around the lips of my vagina that just wont go away . it is usually on only one side. By the time Ive finished my period, the itch goes away and the skin dries up and falls off. Ive thought about what the causes can be, and ive wondered wether baby powder could help.

Secondly, i have now discovered the second pimple between my pubic hair. The first one first started out red and hard, and eventually it went away after it formed a pimple head. I am just worried now, because this is the second one Ive gotten.

I also have another pimple, which is not the same. it is in my panty line and is a black spot. The problem I have with this one is that it isnt going away. It has been months now and it just doesnt change into a pimple. Its almost like a blood clot under the skin.

I was hoping someone could give me an explanation for this, like I explained I cant go to a doctor, and it is a worry even when Im falling asleep at night.
