I have really high DHEAS levels (1400) and 17-hydroxyprogesterone levels (338) My husband and I want another baby badly! (1st child born 10/30/98 w/help of Clomid) I was 20 when my daughter was born, and I'm 24 now. I do not ovulate at all. (even with Clomid) My RE prescribed me 1mg of Dexemethesone and had me take it at 11pm one night, then had me return to the lab the next morning at 8am to retest these levels. My second test results were DHEAS 348, 17-hydroxyprogesterone 138. Does anyone know what the next step is? Will they put me on Dexemethesone daily? Will this affect an unborn baby if I do happen to conceive? Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!!
