What's wrong with me? I have mentioned them to my gynocologist but she hasn't found anything abnormal. First, I have had discharge or "spotting" for 2 years. I have changed my birth control pills about 5 times but it hasn't gotten better. Second, my menstrual cramps have gotten progressively worse over the last 2 years. Third, in the last year, I have found sex painful most of the time. Finally, today I woke up with itchiness in my vagina. I am in a monogomous relationship and my partner is my first so I think my STD risk is pretty low. Do you have any idea what might be wrong with me?
