Now that I'm engaged and ready to rear children (I'm 31 years old), I went off the pill in January of 2002. As of May, I am irregular again but my gyno prescribed something else to bring on my period monthly. However, my back and neck have broken out badly with acne. I get a few breakouts on my face. What is the ingredient (or specific hormone) in orthotricyclin that helps acne? I would love to have this prescribed to help clear my skin before the Big Day. Help! Thanks!
