I have done a lot of thinking for several years now and I have decided that I do not ever want children. My body doesn't react well with the hormones in birth control. Depo was extreamly harsh on my mental and physical well being. I wish a doctor would listen and not dismiss me when I say I do not want children now or ever. I cannot speak with my current OBGYN about this issue because she is against me even thinking of using an IUD because of infertility. I am looking for any doctor who would simply listen to my request for permanent birth control such as a tubal. I understand the risks involved and I am more than willing to take them. I am a mentally and physically healthy 24 year old trying to make the best choice for me. I have analyzed this decision in every possible way, for several years, and decided my job here on earth is not to make babies. I know without a doubt I do not want children and I will have no regrets. Any response would be greatly appreciated. Thank You
