>>Did you actually read her post? She did tell the company and they were appalled. A pelvic exam was NOT REQUIRED for employment. The doctor has already violated the law by making it a condition for employment. And let's not start the gender issue again. Doctors are individuals, just like anyone else. Some of the most insensitive doctors I've met are female and some of the kindest are men.
