IVF TREATMENT

Hi.

My fiance & I have been trying to have a baby for 4 years, I have been having fertility treatment for 18 months, I have been told today that there is nothing further the hospital can do & WE would now need to go to a fertility clinic for treatment, IVF.(I am not ovulating).

I have PCOS & am 28 years old, I have taking Clomid to make me ovulate & this only worked once in 7 months, I have been taking Metformin for 2 months but I have not ovulated or lost any weight.

Will I have to pay for treatment for IVF (we have no children) & what are the difference in drugs in fertility clinics than hospitals?

What is the success rate of IVF with PCOS?

Thankyou very much for your time.
