Chronic Yeast Infections

Hi. I read in a message posted on here a few days ago about all lower genital tract infections being potential causes for PID, and I was wondering if this is true, and if it applies to infections such as Yeast infections? Also, can chronic cystitis (bladder infections) also be causes for PID? Would they also be able to cause the chronic form of PID? Thank you.
