Get real. The answer is not uncompassionate, it simply states the truth. This person refuses to go to a doctor but complains about symptoms. An uncompassionate answer would be that she is stupid, which of course is also true. And if she really wants to know what happens at an office visit, she could: 1.) ask the aunt who made the appointment, 2):ask the gyn's office when she called to "instantly" cancel.
