Prostate stimulation

A couple months ago my boyfriend and I tried prostate stimulation with my finger ungloved. After touching him I touched myself. I have been having a tingling, itching sensation and a sort of pin-prick sensation and also abdominal pain similar to cramps, sometimes on one or both sides. The abdominal pain comes and goes and is worse when I'm sitting. I had a pap smear and STD tests a couple weeks ago and they all came back fine. The doctor gave me cream to treat the bacterial infection she said I had, but it hasn't helped. Could touching myself after touching him given me some sort of infection? I intend on going back to the doctor this week but would like to know if that's a true possibility before discussing it with her. Thanks.
