hi there im not a doctor but im a woman who knows all about periods, sometimes periods can play up a little, the answer to your question could be too much stress or a bad diet, but this is not always the case there could be other problems, you must consult your doctor for him to give you a complete examination do not let this continue as it will get you down. ps i remmember comming of the pill one time and it took my periods almost a year to regulate themselves and for me to get pregnant.
