Previous message: Paulina: "I am desperate with my reoccurring bacterial vaginosis" I'm 32 yo, ttc#3. 2 months ago I had a d&c to remove polyps (cramping, irregular bleeding). I thought it would help with the irregular bleeding. I have a 30 day cycle. Days 1-5 are very heavy (always have been) --however, days 6 - 12+ (I'm on cycle day 12 today) are brown/black spotting. It's been that way since I've been off birth control pills. I've been ttc for 9 months now. I ovulate on the cycle day 15-17. 2 days before I ovulate I get the brown spotting again and ovulation pain with little cervical mucus. The day after I ovulate, it's totally cleared up. 14 days after I ovulate, I start AF again. Last month I had my progesterone level test at cd21, it was 10.2. Is the brown spotting that long normal?
