they are within normal range,however,TSH is secreted from pituitary to
regulate thyroid gland which in turn secretes thyroxin hormone.this
thyroid hormone is essential in the metabolism of all body organs
including the ovaries and if decreased or increased can affect ovarain
function causing anovulation and absence of menstruation.
