Fareeha, in the first place the so called chocolate cyst is very
peculiar to a condition known as endometriosis. Under treatment, the
cyst(s) may regress and even completely disappear, but then, this
depends on the treatment given. Retroverted uterus is, in my opinion a
minor factor to consider in infertility, but without giving it undue
importance.
