Help!!!

I had a Laparoscopy on Thursday, September 5, 2002. Well, they used Dermabond on both incisions. I have a few questions. Is it possible that my ob-gyn had my leg in a stirrup the whole time? Because since then my hip has been giving me a lot a trouble. He was looking for endometriosis, or a cyst that wasn't showing up on an ultrasound. Well, he has not been able to do a pelvic exam, I have never been able to use a tampon, and he tried to do a trans-vaginal ultrasound, but I passed out because of the pain. He discovered while he was looking around with the scope that where a normal female's hymen looks like swiss cheese, mine has only one or two holes in it. And instead of being a tissue, mine is a muscle. He told my mom that I need to have a hymenectomy. How soon would I need to have that? Not only does my pelvis hurt, but so does my vagina. Is it possible that he did a pelvic exam while I was asleep? I don't have to go back to him until October 7, 2002. Dylan, a nurse I know who was previously an ob-gyn nurse, told me I would need to start having a pelvic done every 6 months until not only my doctor, but me too, are sure that the chances of the ovarian cyst I had that was about 6 cenimeters in diameter hasn't reappeared is that true? Would that mean I need to have the hymenectomy a.s.a.p., or what? Somebody please help me!!!!!!
