Female Ejaculation???

I'm 19 years old and have been sexually active for 5 years. Ever since my first orgasm I have noticed that every time I have an orgasm a small amount of clear or whitish fluid leaks out of my urethra. It really does not look, or smell like pee. This is kinda embarrassing but I finally asked my doctor about it. He said it was due to urinary incontinance and told my to do Kegels, although my pelvic floor muscles were extremely strong already. I did them for about 18 months and still do. However I have noticed that now the liquid shoots out, almost like a male ejaculation. I also found a 2cm lump about 2 inches in on the anterior wall of my vagina that I can only feel right before I orgasm. After I orgasm it shrinks back down to about the size of a pea then disappears. It seems that the fluid is coming from the lump thing. This doesn't hurt at all and I have no problem acheving orgasm. I also have never had a UTI. I asked another doctor about this problem and she gave me pyridium so that my pee would be orange. Sure enough my pee was bright orange but the liquid stuff which is usually clear was only very faintly tinted orange. She told me that it is most likely not urine and checked my for any kind of cysts or inflamed glands that could swell like that and she didn't find anything. Is it possible for women to ejaculate like men do? Help....
