The list of possible diagnoses is a mile long, and while most of them are not life or fertility threatening, there are some that are. This is not something for an anonymous doc on an Internet medical forum to wade into too deeply. This is something that absolutely REQUIRES consultation AND examination by a live person. She could have anything from an immature Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Ovarian Axis to cancer, and nothing but an exam is going to give us an answer.
