There is little reason to test, but if it would ease your anxiety, it may be helpful. The interaction between OCPs and Amoxicillin is minimal, and assuming proper usage of both, is very, very, very unlikely to result in pregnancy. The barbituates MIGHT interact, but you would have to be taking a lot of them. When you add this to the fact that you have actually had a period at the appropriate time, and after the medication use, there is virtually NO chance you could be pregnant from that cycle. I would wait for you next period.
