My tail bone has been sore for nearly 2 weeks. I have never been pregnant and am 24 yrs old. I have used Depo Provera for 2 months, and I take non-prescription antihistamines daily. I also have Endometriosis. The only falls I have had recently have been forward and I don't recall any pain in that area during the falls. It hurts to sit up straight, get up from sitting, bend down low with my legs straight and also is tender to the touch. Over the past year I have had occasional short episodes of hip pain as well, where my hips are uncomfortable to the touch and painful to walk...but perhaps this is unrelated. What could cause this tail bone pain and is it likely to pass on it's own? A fellow forum reader suggested that it was endo. Is this most likely or should I see my doctor? Thanks Amanda
