i was out visiting my roommate out of state and the next day i realized i freaked out and took 2 of the blue pills in one day while being at her house. luckily, i realized it the next day and i didn't take a pill that day...so then i was back on track... now is that going to throw my cycle off? also... by that happening...did that increase my chances of getting pregnant? and if so...how long should i wait until the birth control pill fully kicks back into my system? my best friend told me it was only for 48 hours...but i wanted to make sure i knew what exactly was 'right'....one last question... i read somewhere that we're supposed to take birth control pills around the exact same time every day...is that true for it to be 99.9% effective like they say?
