I can't tell you what they are, but I would guess that if you've always gotten regular exams and they've turned out ok, they're probably little cysts. My doctor says I have nabothian cysts on my cervix sometimes - I can't feel them personally. But I do get little tiny bumps I can feel - I made the doctor look at them a few times and finally labeled myself a hypochondriac (although I still go in for my paps every 3 months since I've had LGSIL.
