I have also suffered from that kind of dizziness since I was about that age, (now 18), and I'm not saying that what I have is the same thing as what could be causing her dizziness, but the three things that cause my dizziness; these are: Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (this also causes weakness in the knees), Hypertension (but dizziness can also happen with Hypotension, hyper being high blood pressure, hypo means low), and I recently was told another name for the dizziness, which is Benign Postural Vertigo. I'd advise you to take her to your local doctor very soon, as if it's worsening, then she needs medical attention. Another thing to watch is that she eats properly, and she may also need to be tested for diabetes. I hope this helps you.
